A Chocolate Bundt Cake You'll Never Forget

Have you ever had that one piece of cake in your life that you can never forget? Well I have and it was filled with chocolate, lots of yummy, sweet, heavenly chocolate. Now I'm not a baker at all...I leave the cakes and cupcakes to the pros but sometimes your just needing that slice of cake and don't feel like leaving home. This usually happens to me around 8pm. So this need for this chocolate cake hit me hard the other day. I remembered a recipe from way back when for this amazing chocolate cake filled with all sorts of secret ingredients that make it so much better than just normal box cake.

Logans never been a kid who loves cake (he'd much rather eat the frosting alone) but when he saw this sucker get out of the oven his eyes literally lit up! When it finally cooled and it was time to get a slice he took his first bite and goes "Whoa Mommy!!! This is great!" and that was the best stamp of approval I could get! before bed he comes up to me and whispers a secret in my ear he says to me "mommy....when I get home tomorrow can i have more cake?" i told him of course he could then he says to me " ok but make sure Tati doesnt eat it all" and off to bed we went with promises for cake the next day. Silly kid.

Now I'm totally one for semi homemade and there's nothing wrong with that! This cake is
so easy and so good. All you need is a box of chocolate cake, chocolate pudding (!) and chocolate chips! So grab a glass of milk and get ready to dig in to one of the best chocolate cakes youll even indulge in!

Ingredients:

one box of chocolate cake mix
one box of instant chocolate pudding
2 cups of sour cream
3 eggs
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of water
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips

How To:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan ( i used PAM baking spray that already has flour in it!)

In a large mixing bowl mix together all ingredients: eggs, sour cream, box cake mix, pudding mix (dry in powder form), vegetable oil, water. Once everything is well mixed together fold in your chocolate chips. At this point your batter will be super thick but that's ok.

Pour your mixture into your pan and bake for about 50 minutes. you'll know the cake is done when you poke the cakes center with a toothpick and the the pick comes out clean.

The most important part: LET THE CAKE COOL COMPLETELY. This takes about 15-20 minutes. Once its cooled take your cake and flip it over onto a plate.

You can then sprinkle sugar on top, cover with frosting, ganache, or enjoy it as is!
