week 17 update

"The greatest success is wanting what God provides" John H. Putnam

I don't know about you but when it comes to success & that's success in anything | you need to work hard & have a positive mindset & above that you need to trust that God will provide, lead, and bless you with the the success that you want to achieve. Yes there are days, maybe even weeks that you feel like giving up but you're only setting yourself back. So rather than giving up & blinding yourself from seeing the positive, step back and just take a minute & restart & start fresh because reaching that goal that you've come so far to achieve will be so worth it in the end.

The greatest things in life are things that we have worked hard for and earned. Those things don't come easy, whether it be a journey in getting healthy, earning degrees, moving up at work, seeing our families grow or raising our children to be happy adults, all those things and more take time, they aren't things that come easy & you really have to work hard. There isn't anything that we can't achieve or be successful in if we put God at the center of whatever it is we are working at. With him in the center all things are possible & even when we don't see the results or answers right away we just need to trust that he's working & teaching us lessons along the way. Lessons such as patience, perseverance, power in prayer, trust in his word, & how to fully commit to letting it go & giving him the control when we're too stubborn.

God is good, gracious, merciful, and full of love for us, just as our earthly parents are excited to see us succeed & achieve our goals imagine the joy God has when we trust in him & let him lead us to our success?

week 17 update : down 1/2lb and ready to take on this next week! Decided to clean out my closet this weekend And I found a pair of jeans from college that were hidden in a pile of forgotten clothes & so I decide to give them a try and see how they fit! Guys in all honesty I was very doubtful that I'd be able to fit into these American Eagle jeans! I mean seriously I graduated college back in 2009! So just fun I figured why not! Well not only did they fit but they were loose! So yes this made me really happy! Eventually id love to try in my wedding dress again & see how It fits now! So here we are closing week 17 at a total of 31.5lbs lost! Have a great week everyone! Keep up the good work at whatever it is your working on! You can do it! We can do it!
